Agreement to Terms

By using the services of EZ-Move Hollister Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Services Provided

EZ-Move Hollister Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. We operate 24/7 in Hollister, CA and surrounding areas.

Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, vehicle location, and other factors beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to provide timely service.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on the type of service, distance, vehicle type, and time of service.

You will receive a price estimate before we begin work. Additional charges may apply if the actual service differs from what was initially described or if complications arise during the job.

If you dispute a charge, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will review your concern and work toward a fair resolution.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and the nature of your problem. This helps us dispatch the right equipment and crew.

You are responsible for removing personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. We are not liable for items left in the vehicle during transport or storage.

If your vehicle is being towed due to illegal parking or at the request of a property owner, you are responsible for those charges in addition to any towing or storage fees.

Liability and Insurance

EZ-Move Hollister Towing carries appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We take reasonable care when handling your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to towing, or items left inside the vehicle.

If damage occurs during towing that we are responsible for, please notify us immediately. We will document the issue and work with our insurance carrier to address legitimate claims.

Our liability is limited to the actual cash value of damage directly caused by our negligence during towing operations. We are not liable for consequential damages such as lost wages, rental car costs, or other indirect expenses.

Cancellations

You may cancel a service request before our crew arrives at no charge. If you cancel after our driver has been dispatched and is en route to your location, a trip charge may apply.

If you are not present when we arrive at the specified location and we cannot reach you, we may charge a service call fee for our time and fuel.

Storage

If your vehicle is towed to our facility or another storage location, daily storage fees will apply. You will be notified of the storage location and fees.

You must retrieve your vehicle within a reasonable time frame. Extended storage may result in additional fees, and vehicles may be subject to lien sale procedures if storage fees remain unpaid.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our service, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Most problems can be handled through honest communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of San Benito County.
